What Clients Say:

"Sara Lee is a Shetland Sheepdog who is incredibly talented at herding sheep and ducks, however she became unsure and tentative when herding sheep.  After one week on a Bach Flower essence combination that Debbie Taylor recommended, I noticed that Sara Lee seemed much happier in her everyday life activities.  At our next herding trial, Sara Lee showed me a very different attitude toward sheep.  Although the sheep did make one attempt at running away, Sara Lee quickly headed them off and took them where I wanted them to go.  The photo shows a confident Sara Lee, stopping a run away and enjoying every minute of her time in the sheep arena."

Welcome

   Debbie Taylor is an animal communicator and healer. She uses animal communication, flower essences, Reiki energy, Equine sports massage and acupressure healing to help animals and their human companions. She is dedicated to the deep healing of animals and of our bond with them.

Animal Communication:

   As an animal communicator, Debbie helps people and animals to deepen their understanding of each other and resolve the challenges - physical, emotional, and spiritual - that arise in their lives, including helping them to:

  1. understand each other and their purpose together;

  2. understand physical illnesses and injuries;

  3. understand each other when the animal's behavior is puzzling or seems inappropriate.

   Many animal owners find great comfort in the information they can be given by an accomplished animal communicator.

Animal Reiki:

   With its origins in Japan, Reiki is an healing art based on working with, and channeling energy. Reiki promotes healing on all levels, physical, mental and spiritual. The word Reiki means universal life energy. It is defined as being that power which acts and lives in all created matter.  Reiki is a way of channeling this life force energy into the body through the therapist's hands. This balances and accelerates the healing process in the body.

   Reiki can be a useful solution for a whole range of conditions such as:- stress, tension, anxiety and related symptoms, sleeplessness, emotional turmoil, low spirits, depression, chronic pain and low energy levels.

Flower Essences:

   Flower essences are ideal for healing animals because they are highly effective yet gentle, non-invasive and stress-free. Animals, even wild animals, quickly understand them and seek them out when they need them. Recognizing animals as soul beings with feelings and experiences, who deserve our compassion and caring, a knowledgeable therapist can help animals on many different levels: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. Debbie uses Bach Flower remedies, which are 38 homeopathically prepared plant and flower based remedies, each one specially devised to treat a different emotion or feeling.

   Bach Flower Remedies are the original flower remedies made according to the exact traditions of Dr Edward Bach.

   Debbie will choose the appropriate combination of flower essence for each unique situation and each individual client.

   The remedies are completely safe and natural and can be used at any time.

"Health depends on being in harmony with our souls"

Equine Sports Massage Therapy:

   Debbie has studied anatomy and muscular structure, and how to relax and tone constricted or tense muscles. As a sports massage therapist, she can  locate muscle groups in the horse, knows where and how to access the deeper muscles, can probe for tightness, and is experienced with the techniques used to influence the large muscles of the horse's body. She also has experience in working with horses of varied disciplines, training methods, and personality types.

   Sports massage can facilitate performance and comfort for horses in training, competition, recovery from injury, or even horses with overall anxious temperament.

   Massage therapy is not a substitute for professional veterinary treatment.

Equine Acupressure:

   Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) bases many of its health care practices on an internal system of energy in the body referred to as "Chi" or "Qi" (both pronounced chee). This energy runs in invisible rivers or lines through the body somewhat like the electrical energy system which provides power to your home.

   Over thousands of years, TCM practitioners have documented exactly where these lines, known as meridians, flow and what organs or systems of the body they influence. Acupuncture or acupressure points are unique points on the meridians which, if stimulated properly, can increase or decrease the energy flow within the system. Once proper flow of energy is restored, physical and emotional health can be maintained.

   A bodywork modality that is noninvasive, gentle and proven to enhance a horses' comfort, physical and emotional stability and can have a profound impact on the horses' well-being and overall health. Acupressure has consistently shown it's ability to release endorphins necessary to reduce pain, relieve muscle spasms, resolve injuries more readily by removing toxins and increasing blood supply, enhance mental clarity required for focus in training and performance, release natural cortisone to reduce swelling, and even build the body's immune system. More and more people are using these techniques to contribute to their horse's well-being.

Pain Release Therapy:

   This therapy is often used in conjunction with the other therapies to assist animals and their owners to let go of old physical and emotional pain patterns locked in the cellular memory of their body.

                                                 IMPORTANT

    THESE THERAPIES DO NOT SUBSTITUTE as VETERINARY CARE, ALTHOUGH THEY CAN COMPLEMENT TREATMENTS and speed up healing time.  IF YOUR pet IS seriously SICK OR INJURED, PLEASE CALL YOUR VET. Debbie works in cooperation with a licensed veterinary doctor.

Volunteering

  Debbie has always encouraged people to volunteer at shelters and other non-profit organizations to help spread love and healing to all animals. We live with and through our animal friends, and often the greatest gifts of caring and knowledge are received from the animals who are helped there.

Three important factors for any Creature, Animal, or Human:

  • Be as good as possible

  • Be as safe as possible

  • Last as long as possible
